10月9日，全國社會(huì)保障基金理事會(huì)與美國北美信托銀行和花旗銀行簽署了社保基金境外投資全球托管協(xié)議。成立于2000年的社保基金理事會(huì)，主要負(fù)責(zé)管理大部分國有企業(yè)的養(yǎng)老金，截至2005年底，其資產(chǎn)總額已達(dá)到2010.2億元人民幣。
