寫簡歷的時候要注意表現(xiàn)自己的一些能力,尤其要突出與所應聘的工作相關的一些能力以及適應能力。下面是簡歷中常常要突出的三種能力:
1.Job-related: These are relevant to a specific job. Forexample, an accountant's job-related skills might include financialplanning (計劃編制), budgeting (預算) and financial reporting (財務報表).
2.Transferable (可調換的): Skills learned in one field or job thatare applicable to different ones are transferable. These skills canreflect how you deal with things (assembly, machine operation),data (research, synthesizing information) and people (instruction,management and negotiation).
3.Adaptive (有適應能力的): These skills are the hardest to substantiate(證實) as they include personality traits (個性特點) and characteristicsthat determine your work style. Adaptive skills includereliability, ability to get along with colleagues, honesty andproductivity.
